Build healthy and happy relationships with yourself and your loved ones

Are you constantly battling a harsh inner critic that whispers, "You're not good enough," or stuck with a partner replaying the same fight over and over where nothing ever gets solved?

Whether you are navigating a crisis of self-worth or grappling with constant miscommunication in your relationship, it’s time to stop letting old fears and broken patterns define your future.

I work with individuals and couples to provide a clear, practical roadmap for building emotional security, solid self-worth, and the kind of healthy relationships that finally feel like coming home.

Meet Lisa

I'm Lisa, a psychotherapist dedicated to pulling adults and couples off the emotional treadmill.

You likely already know the root causes of your struggle — low self-esteem, a hyper-critical inner voice, or a relentless focus on your partner’s flaws. But knowing your pattern isn't the same as healing it. If you're tired of replaying painful memories and constantly wishing you could feel an ounce of "good enough," let's talk.

Our work together is not about finding fault. It’s about effective change.

  • We will stop chasing symptoms and get to the root of the issue.

  • We will ditch the blame game. This isn't about who is right or wrong; it's about understanding the dysfunctional pattern you're stuck in.

  • You will get the tools to stop letting old fears define your future—for yourself, and in your most important relationships.

My approach is practical, direct, and deeply empathetic. The goal is simple: to help you build the emotional security and confidence needed to finally feel like you've come home to yourself.

"From my first appointment, I felt truly seen and understood. In just a few sessions, Lisa found the root cause of problems I'd been repeating for years, revealing the 'red thread' I couldn't find. Everyone, including me, sees my growth. It was scary to start, but working with Lisa makes it easy and so worth it!"

"The expertise and professionalism we received from Lisa are unmatched. Her sessions not only saved our marriage but provided the guidance and self-discovery tools we needed to thrive personally and as parents. We are not the couple we are now without her"

Frequently Asked Questions

What therapies do you offer?

I use an integrative approach, meaning I don't use a one-size-fits-all model.

Instead, I combine methods tailored to your specific needs. My training includes:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) (for practical skill-building and thought pattern change).

  • Transactional Analysis (for understanding communication and relationship roles).

  • Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness (for deep relaxation and internal focus).

  • For couples, I am specifically trained in the Relational Life Therapy (RLT) approach, a direct and effective model for transforming conflict into connection.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Scheduling an appointment is easy. Simply click on "Book now" and choose the type, the location and the date. Please note, 50% non-refundable fee is required upon booking a session.

What can I expect during a therapy session?

In your first session, we will have a confidential conversation where we will explore the challenges you're facing, as an individual or a couple and gather key background information. Together, we will define your goals for therapy and identify areas where support is needed most. This helps to determine the best course of action for your treatment.

In ongoing therapy sessions, we will explore the various therapeutic techniques most suitable for your situation. These may include cognitive-behavioural strategies, emotional regulation skills, or trauma-informed approaches. Each session will be focused on building awareness, developing coping mechanisms, and facilitating personal growth at your own pace.
