Individual Therapy

Living with yourself can sometimes feel demanding and confusing. You might sense a need to relate to yourself with more kindness, respond differently in challenging moments, or rethink aspects of your work or relationships.

Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck in repeating patterns with partners, family, friends, or colleagues, unsure why the same misunderstandings and tensions keep happening.

Therapy gives you a space to meet all parts of yourself with curiosity, rather than judgment, and to gradually reshape patterns that no longer serve you. As this inner work unfolds, it can have a powerful impact on how you show up in your relationships at home, at work, and in your wider community.

I work with relationship issues, including, anxiety in relationships, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, assertiveness issues, harsh inner critic, and difficulty setting boundaries.
 
I offer individual therapy in person in Dulwich, South East London (58 Chadwick Road,
SE15 4PU) as well as online therapy for clients across the UK and abroad.
